The 500 watt kit includes all the same parts as the 360 watt kit but the
larger motor provides
extra power to conquer bigger hills, achieve higher speeds or carry larger riders.
The 500 watt motor is the same exact height and width as the 360 watt motor but is
about 5/16" longer. The kit provides a slightly longer bottom bracket spindle to
accommodate this additional length.
To achieve maximum performance from the 500 watt motor, it is important to choose
a battery that can provide sufficient continuous current. Our 24v 20Ahr and 24Ahr
batteries are an excellent match for this motor.
